Refund Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code:

The buyer has fourteen days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, except, where applicable, for the cost of returning the items.

Items will be refunded only if they are returned in the same condition and in their original packaging. The buyer has 14 days from the date of receiving the return instructions to return the items. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to the sender.

FOR FRENCH CUSTOMERS:

Returns must be made via Mondial Relay at your expense. You can check Mondial Relay’s current rates online. Shipping costs vary depending on the package’s weight.
Once you’ve submitted the return form, we’ll let you know the steps to follow to complete the return.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Returns must be sent via Colissimo or another carrier at your expense. You can check the current Colissimo rates at a post office or online. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package.
Once you have submitted the return form, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they are shipped after the specified return period has expired, if they are sent to an address other than the one provided, if the shipping bag is missing, if the items are in an unsellable condition or have already been used, if the tag has been removed, if no return request has been made via the return portal, or if the item was purchased on sale or at a discount. Any return deemed abusive will be returned to the sender. In the event of non-compliance with our return policy, we will be forced to reship the items to your delivery address, with shipping and handling fees at your expense.

If your package was delivered to a pickup location because you were not home and you did not pick it up within the allotted time, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will need to request a reshipment and cover the shipping costs.
